Award winning hairstylist Patti Henry assumed ownership of the already established Salon Shibumi in the Spring of 1992. An entrepreneur at heart, Patti's love of beauty and people made owning a salon the perfect next step in her already successful career. With 6 established hairdressers, a nail technician, a massage therapist, and a practitioner of medical Qigong on staff, clients can spend an entire day in relaxed comfort being "pampered", "coiffed" and "pedicured". Combining 120 years of experience in the industry, the staff are experts in hair design, color and other chemical treatments related to hair fashion. Owner Patti and hairstylist Elise Sapporta have both been educators in the beauty industry, teaching other stylists how to make magic blending color.

"Hair fashion is an art form people can wear everyday" says Patti. "We can take people from the "Mad Men" look of the 50's and 60's to the most sot after looks of today." From elegant to hip, formal to street crazy and everything in between, the artist's at Shibumi make your personal style come alive.
